ACCOMMODATION & FACILITIES

The Stanes accommodation offers luxurious self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people within an exceptional, Victorian, traditional stane (stane being a Scottish word for stone) fronted building.

The Stanes is ideal for those looking for “just a bit more” when it comes to self-catering accommodation. With both main door access and garden entrance access (use the lane to the right of the main door and go through the first gate into the garden) The Stanes is a perfect retreat after a day in the open air, be it biking, fishing, golfing or walking the beautiful hills on it’s doorstep.

With a 100ft South West facing garden, you can enjoy the spectacular unrivalled views of the hillside and Lee Pen. Fully equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ you needn’t move anywhere on a sunny day!

LOCAL AREA

The layout of the town is dominated by the surrounding hills and it is therefore no surprise that the town is now becoming increasingly well known for its world class cycling routes and mountain bike trails in Innerleithen and at nearby Glentress.

The area lies within the Tweed Valley and is an excellent leisure centre for sightseeing, golf, fishing, mountain biking and walking. The Southern Upland Way is also within easy reach.

There is a busy events calendar throughout the year which includes musical events, festivals and sporting pursuits, so there is lots to see and do. We also have an amazing array of local organisations which cater for a wide variety of interests and who welcome new members and tourists.

BOOKING

The Stanes is available to rent all year round with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The house sleeps 2-6 people and all prices are for exclusive use of all facilities regardless of the number of people staying.

If you’re looking for a luxurious gift idea at a realistic price then why not purchase a Stanes Gift Voucher. With a full year “use by date” -it’s the perfect present.

We have a lounge, 3 Bedrooms, Kitchen, a hall with a large Storage Cupboard and a great Large Garden with open countryside views.

The Stanes is the only bike friendly accommodation in Innerleithen to provide Asgard bike security. We realise that bike security is a number 1 priority for cyclists, and nothing can provide better security than the Asgard Gladiator large metal bike lockup.
